OUR POLICY
Operating in the field of industrial automation, our company has established its policy in line with the following principles in order to maximize the effectiveness of its Integrated Management System, in accordance with the purpose and context of the organization and in support of its strategic direction:
- To be a preferred company in our sector with the quality and distinctiveness of our products; to identify customer needs and expectations accurately and fulfill them in compliance with national and international legal regulations affecting our products, both domestically and internationally, and to ensure continuity by maintaining a strong customer focus and customer satisfaction objective,
- To sustain customer satisfaction by meeting customer demands and expectations and ensuring effective communication before and after sales,
- To establish and review company quality objectives and programs, and to control corrective and improvement activities,
- As part of our corporate culture, to monitor innovations and technological developments worldwide; to evaluate risks, needs, and opportunities within our organization; to rapidly implement necessary actions; to ensure continuous improvement; and to promote the mindset of “we” over “I,”
- To ensure effective internal and external communication based on our fair and transparent management approach,
- To eliminate occupational health, safety, and environmental risks with a preventive approach, or reduce them to acceptable levels in order to prevent injuries, health impairments, and environmental pollution,
- To comply with all applicable legal and other requirements related to Occupational Health and Safety and the Environment,
